Policy and Information 

Please read this carefully 

Regarding our tutoring policy, we kindly remind students of the importance of punctuality. It is imperative that students join their scheduled sessions promptly. Should a student fail to attend within the first 15 minutes of the designated time, the session will still be charged in full.

Furthermore, in the event that a cancellation of a booked class is necessary, it must be communicated no less than 5 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Additionally, the cancellation request must be confirmed by the respective tutor.

Additionally, students are advised to adhere to the schedule of their assigned tutors when booking classes. This ensures smooth processing and facilitates effective instruction. Please also not that CLASSES ARE NON REFUNDABLE !! - If you have paid for a certain number of classes, it is expected of you to complete them unless a VALID reason is given. The decision on whether the reasoning is valid or not, remains with the Globe Tutors Team.
